Stanley A. Bugg, 64, of Christiansburg, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. and Kate B. Bugg; son, Brian Bugg; and sister, Carol Hubbard. He is survived by his wife, Rita Bugg; daughter, Angela Bugg; grandchildren, Addam Scott and Emily Scott; mother-in-law, Virginia M. Burke; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Frank Hubbard, Dale Martin, Laura Holder and husband Herbert, Judy Gardner and husband David, and Billy Martin and wife Patricia; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family received friends on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Steve Akers officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.
