Shirley Ann Ramey

Shirley Ann Ramey,86, of Christiansburg, VA passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born in Washington, D.C to the late Joseph Leo and Marie Ellen Gill Rawlings. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Clayton Ramsey, sisters Norma Miles and Janet Labree, nephews Eric Springer and Mark Miles; son, Danny Boyd Ramey, Sr; and grandson, Danny Boyd Ramey, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Connie (Wayne) Springer; daughter Sheila (Daniel) Rackey; granddaughter Brandy Phifer; 3 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Debbie White; granddaughter, Virginia Ramey (Christina Hall); great grandchildren, Rachel Hunt, John Hunt, III, Evan Hunt, Adam and Isaac Hall; grandson Christopher Ramey (Mandi Ramey); great grandsons, Kaysen Ramey, Hayden Ramey, Brian Griffin; great grandson Austin Ramey; great great granddaughters, Olivia Riley Danni; grandson John Hunt, Jr.(Angelina); grerat granddaughter, Ashlee Ramey (Paul)

A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Memorial Gardens and family will receive friends at Horne Funeral home from 1:00 until time of service.
