Shirley Ann Markuson, 79, of Christiansburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Peggy Andrews; ex-husband, Arthur Markuson; son, Douglas Markuson; brother, Collie Andrews; and sister, Diane Kasperzak. Shirley is survived by her son, Jeff Markuson; daughters, Lori and Greg Tinsley, Cindy Darken; grandchildren, Douglas Markuson, Jr., Michelle Dubois (Isaac), Samantha Kelch, Robert Kelch (Rachel), Jordan Tinsley, Amber Feaster (Tom), Jaime Rosebrock (Drew), Alix Kazlauskas, William Kazlaukas, and Maya Markuson; great-grandchildren, Cameran Head, Skylar Dubois; and brothers, Gerald Andrews and James Andrews.
Shirley loved her family and the Buffalo Bills. She was a Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Wife that will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The family will have a Memorial Service at a later date. In honor of Shirley and her son, Douglas Markuson, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
