SIMPKINS, RICKY DALE, age 47 of Riner, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 in a Richmond Hospital.
The son of the late Milton Gray Simpkins, Sr. and Mildred Harmon Hess, he is survived by twin daughters Carrie Gray Simpkins, April Rae Simpkins both of Riner; a son, Craig Olsen Simpkins, Pilot; a sister, Linda Simpkins Kast, Christiansburg; brothers, Milton Gray Simpkins, Jr. Pilot and Bentley Stewart Simpkins, Radford; friend and mother of the children, Denise Hackney, Pilot.
The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 Sunday evening, Dec. 30th at the Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31st in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
