WILLIAMS, Richard Douglas, 62 Shawsville went to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 11, 2008.
He was retired from General Electric in Salem, and was a United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his mother Roxie Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of forty years; Lita K. Williams, father; Albert Williams of Shawsville, brother; Nelson Williams of Pilot.
The family will receive friends at The Horne Funeral Home Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 2-6 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2008 in The Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Emory Tarpley officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Cemetery, Shawsville.
