Pauline Phillips

Pauline Phillips, 96, of Radford on 114 passed away on October 22, 2024. She retired from Imperial Reading, the overall factory, after 38 years of service. She was a long-time member of Walton Pentecostal Holiness Church, but in the last few years attended Wake Forest Baptist Church. One of her proudest accomplishments was being a caretaker to her parents in their elder years. 

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus & Millie Phillips; brothers, Herbert Marlin Phillips and Ervin Phillips; and sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth Francis & Alva Shepherd. Pauline is survived by nephews, Donnie Shepherd & partner, Martha Lucas and Billy Wayne Shepherd and wife, Juanita; great nephews and niece, Jason Shepherd and wife, Angela, Christy Mullins and husband, Bernie, Billy Wayne Shepherd Jr., Jimmy Shepherd and wife, Tina, and Timmy Shepherd, and wife, Paula; and several great great nieces and nephews. As well as special friends Alicia and Don, Junior and Diane, and Edith Adkins.  

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 26 at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Hiawatha N Spraggins. Jr. officiating.
