Patricia Spangler Murphy, 55, of Elliston, passed away on April 6, 2016. She was preceded in death by her father, Alton Brookman; son, Rodney Spangler; special friend, David Revin.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Michael Murphy; sons, Adam Spangler, Matt Spangler, Derek Revin; mother, Geraldean Brookman and Danny Williams; siblings, Julie, Keith, Nancy, Laura, and Ann; and 12 nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 9 2016, from 2-3 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
