NORA LAKE BISHOP, 96, of Christiansburg passed away on August 27, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer H. ‘Dutch’ Bishop; parents, James & Mattie Young; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by sisters, Ruby Epperly and Mary Akers; step-sons, Wayne Bishop and wife, Joyce, Richard Bishop and wife, Kristen; step-grandchildren, Karen Brown and Kevin Bishop; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held immediately after at 2 p.m. in the Chapel with Rev. Sebert Rorrer officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
