Michael Lewis Parkins, 45, of Shawsville, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017.
He is survived by his parents, Edward and Evelyn Parkins; daughters, Jordan Dudley and April Parkins; brother and sister, Dwayne Parkins and wife, Monika and Shannon and husband, Mark Shampine; aunts and uncles, Mildred Fridley, June Craft, Dreama O’Conner and husband Michael, Wayne Fridley and wife Bernita; and nieces, Brittany Shampine and Tiffany Shampine.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 28, 2017, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. in the Chapel, with Rev. Leon Alley officiating. Interment will follow in Phoenix Cemetery, Shawsville.
