Melvin T. Milliner, 73, of Shawsville, passed away on December 2, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin L. and Mildred Falby Milliner; siblings, Russell Milliner, Alvin L. Milliner Jr., James H. Milliner; and an infant sister. He is survived by his children, Sherry Brown, Matthew Oliver, Shannon Hopkins, and Carol St.Clair; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Rev. Doug Milliner and wife Hester, Leonard Milliner, Myers Milliner, and John Milliner; sister, Christine Rippee and husband Danny; as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
The graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at 12:30 p.m. at Tolley and Milliner Cemetery, Natural Bridge, VA, with Rev. Butch Hammed officiating.
