Marylu attended Main Street Baptist Church and Belmont Christian Church in Christiansburg, and was active into her 80’s. She loved to read, listen to classical music, do crossword puzzles, swim, bowl, and play softball. She loved all animals and never turned away a stray one of her kids brought home. Marylu never had a harsh word for anyone. She was the ‘cool aunt’ to her Texas nieces. Marylu was pleasantly surprised to find love again with James Naff. He was her rock and her best friend.
The family would like to thank NRV Carilion Hospital Surgical Care Unit.
