Mary Magdalene Lovern

Mary Magdalene Lovern, 89, of Christiansburg passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024. She was born on October 18, 1934 to the late Clara Hale and Herman Hale. 

Beside her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Lovern; daughter, Teresa Harris; son, Wayne Lovern; brother, Euel Lee Hale, Sr.; sister-in-law, Selma Hale. 

She is survived by her son, Darrell Lovern and his wife Lee; brother, J.P Hale; son-in-law; Gary Harris; sister-in-law, Dollie Hale; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

She was loved beyond words and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

The family would like to express their gratitude to the Pulaski Health and Rehab staff who provided her with great care. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 11 am until noon at Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at noon in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Bralley officiating. Interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
