Lucy Costigan Reed

Lucy Costigan Reed, 91, of Christiansburg, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015. She was born on September 20, 1924, a daughter of the late Charles C. Costigan and Mary Lucy Woolwine Costigan of Christiansburg. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin L. Reed; daughter, Lois Ann Reed; sisters, Stella Hungate, Ella Kanode, Marjorie Clark; brothers, Johnie Costigan, Frank Costigan, and Charlie M. Costigan.

Lucy is survived by her daughter, Nancy Reed Moses and husband Bruce; two grandsons, Matthew Linkous (Alicia) and Evan Moses; and one great-grandchild, Sierra Alana Moses.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
