Julie Christina Wood

Julie Christian Wood, 49, of Radford passed away on August 28, 2026.  She had a big heart.  She always had a way of making everyone feel special and a part of things.  

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Carl Benjamin "Benny" Allison.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Clinton Wood; children, Chad Simpson, Shelby Simpson, Barbara Gracie Wood, Michael Clinton Wood Jr.; granddaughter, Ellie May Simpson; mother, Ina Gravely; siblings, Tammy Neal, Mandy Stanger; and Shannon Anderson; dog, Jake; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be private.
