Joyce Elizabeth Mills

Joyce Elizabeth Mills, 84, of Callaway passed away on Monday February 23, 2026. She was born to William Harvey Green and Clara Belle Hodges on May 24, 1941. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Paul Franklin Mills to whom she was his eyes and ears; and brother, Dennis Green. She loved cooking and ran a family restaurant for many years. She had a talent for crafting especially sewing and crocheting which she was happy to pass down to her daughter and granddaughter. She is survived by her sister, Anne Boyd (Edward), Polly Preston; daughter, Debbie Thompson; and only grandchild, Haley Thompson (Daniel). She will be missed by all that knew her.
