Adam was preceded in death by beloved grandparents, Pearl and Alfred Smith.
He is survived by son, Seth Alexander Smith; father, Joseph Dale Smith; mother, Debbie Graham Hager; sisters, Amanda Mae and Rikki Leigh Edmondson; aunt, Brenda Martin; several uncles and cousins; and former partner, Shan'na Davis.
Adam's benevolent spirit and humble, loving heart are mournfully grieved.
Due to current public health guidelines, a formal memorial service will be postponed until a later date. Details will be made available in due time.
Rest in peace, precious man.
