John Joseph ‘Joey’ Burress Jr., 43, of Elliston, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his mom, Nettie Carole Burress.
Joey is survived by his dad, John Joseph Burress Sr.; cousin, James ‘Marty’ Kersey and wife Jackie; and many, many friends.
Joey was passionate about his Harley and rode every weekend. He was a cheerful, giving person. Joey was a devoted son and friend to all and will be greatly missed.
The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Seneca Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Service.
