Joanne Price Reed, 73, of Prices Fork, VA, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son James Wayne “Jamie” Reed. She is survived by her daughter, Veronica Shephard; grandchildren, Ashley Cridlin (Jacob), Kacie Shephard, Miranda Reed, and Jessica Reed; and, two great grandchildren. Her wishes were to be cremated and there will be no formal services at this time.
