James Oscar Gallimore, 64 of Christiansburg Va passed away on March 9, 2024. James is preceded in death by his father Clarence Allen Gallimore. He is survived by his mother Esther Akers; sisters Linda Sutphin, Kathy Gallimore, Judy Shelor. Brothers Gerald A. Gallimore, Robert Gallimore. Numerous nieces and nephews and many cherished friends.
James served four years in the US Army. He loved music, movies and had many hobbies. He worked construction most of his life and cared deeply for his family above all.
Visitation with friends and family will be Tuesday March 12, 2024 from 5-7 at Horne Funeral Home and Funeral service on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 10:00 in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Bond officiating.
