Helen Francis Collins, 74, of Roanoke, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2016, from 12-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service to be held at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
