Hazel Lewis, 84, of Indian Valley, VA passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Lewis; son, Jim; three sisters; and one brother. Survivors include daughter, Lea Peters; grandson, Sam Worthington; great-grandson, Zachary Worthington; sisters, Barbara Gibson and Sarah Gallimore; and numerous other family members.
Services will be private.
