Glenna Grim Jones

GLENNA GRIM JONES, 87, of Riner went to be with the Lord on December 16th. She was a person of great faith who loved her Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Jones, Jr.; son, Eric Jones; and granddaughter, Brittany Jones.
Glenna retired from Montgomery County Schools and was a member of The Bridge Church in Christiansburg.
She is survived by her sons, Weldon and Kent and his wife, Cindy; her sisters, Jane Gordon and Dorothy Martin; her granddaughters, Lindsey Jones and Miriam Jones; grandsons, Daniel Jones and Benjamin Jones; as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 21 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Will Fillingham officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
