ROOP, GIOVANNA SIROTIC, age 80, of Christiansburg passed away Wednesday, January 02, 2008 at New River Valley Medical Center.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Janice R. and W. Richard Shelton, Christiansburg; a son and daughter in law, John F. and Karen Roop, Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren: Ellen Rachel Lockhart and husband, Michael, Roanoke, VA; Robert H. Shelton and wife, Beth; Aaron R. Shelton, all of Arlington, VA; Nicole Roop and Tyler Roop, Dahlonega, GA; great grandchildren, Addison and Aidan Lockhart.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to Christiansburg Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 176, Christiansburg, VA 24068. . A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
