Frank O'dell Underwood

Frank O’dell Underwood passed away on May 19, 2017. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had a long career at Old Virginia Brick. Frank was preceded in death by the love of his life – wife, Eileen Lovern Underwood; parents, James and Ethel Underwood; daughter, Sandra Underwood Holmes, brother, Taz Underwood; sisters, Kate Kingery, Ophellia Underwood and Ruby Underwood. He is survived by his son, Randy Underwood and wife, Kitty; grandsons, Eric Holmes, Alex Holmes, Joey Hinkley and Tim Hinkley; great grandchildren, Jerimiah Holmes, Madison Holmes, Brayden Hinkley, Sydney Hinkley, Easton Hinkley and Payton Hinkley; and his loving dog, Coco. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 22 from noon to 2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Virgil McHone officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
