Eunice E Dudley

Eunice Early Dudley, born November 16, 1936, left her earthly home December 7 2025 at the age of 89. She was born to the late Pastor Roscoe and Lillian Early of Ironto, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by infant daughter, Janice Smith; brother, Stanley Early; sister, Helen Poff; son-in-law, Danny Kingrea; and grandson, Christopher Kingrea.

Eunice is survived by her devoted husband, Wilfred Dudley; and her two daughters, Terry Kingrea and Lisa Hodge. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Candace Gillenwater (Matthew) and Allison Owens; as well as great-grandchildren, Destiny Kingrea, Brooklynne Dowdy, Zachary Dowdy, Lillian Dowdy, Tyler Kingrea, and Wyatt Owens. She was also blessed to meet her great-great granddaughter, Valorie Conner. Eunice is further survived by her sisters, Reba Dudley and Geraldine Ratcliff; and her brothers Johnny (Linda) Early and Robert (Jackie) Early.

Eunice lived her life anchored by faith. She was a committed prayer warrior of New Life Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, under Pastor Tom Peters.

She enjoyed the simple joys of home and craft—basket weaving, sewing, puzzles, reading the Bible, and spending quality time with her family. Her hands were never idle, and her heart held space for everyone she loved.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday December 13th at 1p.m. at New Life Apostolic Church, with Pastor Tom Peters officiating. Visitation will begin at noon with the funeral service to follow.
