Elizabeth Slover Hinkley

Elizabeth Josephine Slover Hinkley, 60, of Christiansburg, passed away on August 5, 2014.

She was met in heaven by her mom, Laura Slover; sisters, Marion, Edie, Mary Lou; as well as her beloved husband, Teddy Hinkley. She is survived by daughters, Laura Sarah Slover; Tammy Lee Slover Martin, and Davina Sue Slover; her grandchildren, Amanda Akers, Nathan Akers, Jr., Jessie Akers, Christopher Shelton, Maryann Correll, and Benjamin Twiggs; great-grandchild, Colton Rhyder Akers (due in November); sisters, Loretta Dickey, Nancy Murphy, Donna Cochran, and Florence Slover; brothers, Leroy Slover, Pete Slover, and George Slover; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 8, 2014, from 10-11 a.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held directly after at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel, with Pastor Lee Sarver officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
