GILMORE, EDWARD, "Bucky" 61 of Christiansburg, died Friday, July 9, 2004. He was a resident of English Meadow Retirement Home. He was a member of New Hope Church Of God.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law; Richard and Rita Gilmore of Salem, Doug Gilmore of Christiansburg and Helen Bishop of Riner, sisters and brother-in-law; Dorothy East and Nancy and David Jones of Christiansburg, niece and her fiance; Janet East and Billy Stacy of Salem, two nephews; Douglas Arnold Gilmore, Jr., Wayne Gilmore of Covington, and many special friends.
Friends may call anytime after 12 noon Sunday, July 11, 2004 at The Horne Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 - 8 p.m. Sunday evening. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2004 in The Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
