WALTERS, EDITH, age 88 of Christiansburg passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at her home.
She was preceded in death by parents, Robert & Sarah Cox; and her husband, James E. Walters. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Bishop and soul-mate, Tom Chapman of Columbia, MD; Joyce Konkus and husband, Paul of Frisco, Texas; three grandchildren, Kevin Bishop of Columbia, Maryland, Michael Paul Konkus and Sarah Ellen Konkus of Frisco, Texas.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Horne Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 15th at the Christiansburg Presbyterian Church with Dr. Don Makin officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
