Dorothy Dalton, 81, of Blacksburg, passed away on March 10, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Dalton; parents, James and Bessie Bland; and siblings, Edward and Catherine.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, David Dalton and wife Darlene, and Larry Dalton; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Shirley, Wayne, Della, Curtis, and Carl; as well as other extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 12, 2017, from 2-3 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m. in the Chapel, with Pastor Leon Alley officiating.
Flowers are appreciated or you may make a donation to Good Samaritan Hospice, 1160 Moose Drive, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
