David Lee Flinchum

David Lee Flinchum, 61, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024. He is survived by his mother, Brenda Thomas; father, Billy Thomas; sister, Lori Flinchum; and his amazing daughter Hannah who he loved dearly and always made him smile. Also left to cherish his memory are nephew, Donald Steele; nieces, Brandy Steele and Leslie Burton; along with several great nieces and nephews. David was a long time member of the Christiansburg Fire Department and was proud to serve with so many great firefighters. He was a kind soul that helped others anytime he could and will be greatly missed. A private memorial service to celebrate his life is planned for a later date.
