Daniel Lee Hale, 28, of Riner VA passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026. Loved ones that passed before him; his mother Wanda Mae Hale of Riner VA., grandparents John and Wanda Dickerson of Floyd VA. and George and Lucy Hale of Floyd VA. aunts Judy Dickerson of Floyd VA., Deborah Dickerson Dunbar WVA., Selena Cox of Riner VA.

Forever to cherish his memory are his father Vergil Hale (Robin) Riner VA.; aunts Belinda Alderman Floyd VA, Nana (Iven)Miller Radford VA, Dixie Tolley Buchanan VA, Wanda Culverhouse Christiansburg VA, Melita Stuart Christiansburg VA, Betty Frazier Radford VA. Uncles Richard Dickerson (Debbie) Floyd VA, Leo Hale (Jessie) Riner VA, Roy Haley (Cheryl) Pulaski VA. Numerous cousins and friends. His guard dog Daisy.

Daniel was a 2016 Floyd County High School graduate. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed playing video games with friends.
