Connie Smith

Connie Smith, 71, of Christiansburg passed away on March 31, 2025 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She worked for years at Ellett Grocery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Smith and Betty Aldridge and sisters, Diane Waldron and Pat Wickline. 

Connie is survived by her husband, Michael Wheeling; son, Tim Royal and wife, Judy; grandson, Josh Royal with Jasmine Harmon; great granddaughter, Paisley Royal; step daugher, Ashley D. Poff; special nieces, Tracy Lancaster and Heather Sisson; and dog, Force. Services will be private.
