Clarence Daniel Bishop

Clarence Daniel "Danny" Bishop, 83 of Riner, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. and Eva Thompson Bishop, and brother, David Bishon. 

Danny is survived by his wife, Mary A. Bishop; sister, Nancy Denney; and brothers, Benjamin Bishop and Joseph Bishop.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm at Horne Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 pm at Sunset Cemetery with Rev. Neal Turner officiating.

Dan was a life-long dairy and beef farmer and loved the land. He liked nothing better than riding the fields with his dog. He was filled with compassion for others, and his faith grew stronger as each year passed. Rest in peace, Dan, with a life well lived. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Riner Rescue Squad.
