Cecil Ray Roop

Cecil Ray Roop, 67, born on November 13, 1958, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2025. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Thomas and Diania Mills, his parents Phillip and Audrey Roop, brothers Arlin, Billy, and Donnie Roop, sister Dale Turley and his daughter Diane Slusher.

Cecil is survived by his sons Josh Roop and Cecil Ray Roop Jr.; sister Diane Helvey; three grandchildren Harmony Roop, Rythem Roop and Liam Wheeler; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and a lot of friends.

We love you Cecil.

Visitation will be December 2, 2025 from 5:00-6:00 at Horne Funeral Home.
