He is survived by his wife, Debra M. Young; brothers, Richard Winfrey of Japan, Charles Wagenbrenner of South Carolina, Carl Wagenbrenner of Maryland, and Paul Winfrey of Connecticut. He also leaves behind many friends and acquaintances and will be missed by many.
