Arlene Louise Raines, 77 of Blacksburg, passed away on November 25, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Travis Raines, Karen L. Raines, Marjorie Beth Raines; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; good friends, Linda Eliston, Nancy Walters, and Pam Reed.
Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Midway Baptist Church.
