Born on November 6, 1923 Billy passed from this life at the age of 91 to join his wife; Frances and family in Heaven. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter; Toxie McNeill (Mike), Sons; Mike (Helen) David (Debbie), eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, close friend and caregiver; Virginia Giles. Niece; Marjorie Gutshall, great nephews; Eric, Evan and Justin, great niece; Jordan. Billy was a life long member of Edgemont Christian Church, Elder Emeritus, a dedicated scholar of the Bible, farmer, hunter, fisherman, and logger, enjoying everything in Gods world. A special thanks to Carilion Home Health Care and Hospice for their care and concern for our loved one. The family will receive friends from 4 – 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, at Horne funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. Monday, September 21, with Rev. Peter Anderson officiating.
