Angeline "Betty" Polozzola Dickson, 88, of Christiansburg passed away on Monday, September 24, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dare Woodrow Dickson; and her son, Dale Patrick Dickson.
She is survived by her daughters, Peggy D. & Gene Heslep, Kathy D. Dowdy; son, Doug W. & Barbara Dickson; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and close friends, Martha Thornton and Jada Barber.
She was a member of Belmont Christian Church, and also loved her second church family, Dr. John Collins and Seneca Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 27, 2012, from 6-9 pm at Belmont Christian Church, Dominion Drive, Christiansburg. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 28th at 2 pm at Belmont Christian Church, with Rev. Jerry Dowdy officiating. Interment will follow in Belmont Cemetery.
