William Dobbins

William S. (Bill) Dobbins, 81 of Christiansburg passed away on March 24, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth R. Dobbins; father, George W. Dobbins; first wife, Doris B. Dobbins; second wife, Sherry W. Dobbins; and brother, Jerry L. Dobbins. He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Cheryl & George Hudgins; grandsons & spouses, Bradley & Holly Hudgins, Craig & Abby Hudgins, and Ryan & Stephanie Hudgins; great-grandchildren, Dulaney Grace Hudgins, Aubrey Erin Hudgins, Gabriel Loki Hudgins, and Addison Grace Hudgins, due in April; sister-in-law, Jane Dobbins; numerous nieces and nephews; and stepson, Michael & Pam Witt.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28, 2013, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 29th at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Scott Wilks officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
