RAMEY, Verl Edward, Jr, 61 of Christiansburg died at his home, Friday, March 18, 2005, after a battle with cancer.
Preceded in death by his father; Verl Edward Ramey, Sr. He is survived by his mother; Evelyn Palmer, sister; Linda Scaggs, both of Christiansburg, special aunt; Ruby Hall of KY, three children and their spouses; Ruslee McMillian, and Jody, Edward (Ed) Ramey III, and Sherry, Elizabeth Ramey, and, Doug Lyons, all of Dublin, Va. He is also survived by his two grandsons; Russell Ramey, and Austin Cole, both of Dublin, Va., and a special cousin; Donnie Scaggs of Ohio.
There will be a celebration of his life held at his home, 1015 Cambria St., Christiansburg, Saturday, March 26, 2005 from 5 ? 7 p.m.
