Shirley Dell Mann Jennings

Shirley Dell Mann Jennings, of Christiansburg, born March 5, 1932 in Columbus, Ohio, ‘kicked the bucket’ on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, peacefully at her home.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Harry Albert Jennings; parents, Harrison Orlando and Gaynell Robinson Mann; brother, Robert Joseph Mann; ‘daughter’, Karen Marie Mann Sugalski; and grandson, Jeremy Jennings. Left to mourn her are her sons and wives, Patrick and Susan, Timothy and Michele, Jeffrey and Shannon, Christopher and Karen; grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica, Tabatha, and Aislynn; great-grandchildren, Adam, Jacob, Rachel, and Cadance; special ‘son’/nephew, Bryan; a multitude of nephews and nieces; as well as a host of friends, and probably – a few who didn’t really like her!! The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 26, 2015, from 5-7 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will commence at 7 p.m. in the Chapel.
