TURMAN, SARAH Medeline, (Pat) 91 of Narrows, died Thursday, January 1, 2009 at Heritage Hall Nursing Center.
Pat was born in Floyd County, VA on March 20, 1917 to the late Randolph and Margie Kesler Turman. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers; James Ditte and Eljah P. Turman and sister Gretchen Turman.
She is survived by her sister; Ronelda F. Turman, of Christiansburg, two nieces; Margie R. Turman and family of Seagoville, TX, Patricia T. Proco and family of Colfax, NC, and two nephews, Donald E. Turman and family of Milroy IN and George R. Turman and family of Manassas, VA.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2009 at The Horne Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2009 with Rev. Neal Turner officiating.
