Roger Milam

MILAM, Roger Lee, 65, a life long member of The Church of Christ, he was now serving as the minister at The East Side Church of Christ, Christiansburg, died November 22, 2007.

He was preceded in death by his father; Horace Lee Milam and four step-children, Helen Duncan; Sharon Duncan; Wayne Duncan and Vickie Farmer.

He is survived by his wife; Peggy Edmonds Milam of Christiansburg, mother; Helen Rineheart Milam, daughter; Leann Milam, one brother; James Milam all of Mullens, West Virginia,. Four step grandchildren; Simon Duncan, Elizabeth Vincent, Carl Duncan, Victoria Elizabeth Tabor, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive him.

Friends may call anytime after 12 noon Monday, November 26, at The Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg, where the family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Mitchel Floyd officiating.

Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski, VA.
