Rita Finney

FINNEY, Rita Lois, 57, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 11, 2004. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Faye; father, Wade Hampton Belcher;mother, Marguerite Belcher; brothers, Wade, Donald, David and Darrell Belcher.

She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband, Ernest Finney; daughters, Lisa Huffman & husband, Greg, New London,N.C., Krystal Finney; stepson, Everett Finney;grandsons, Joey Bayes and Keith Finney; brother, Taylor G. Belcher & wife, Lena, Hampton, VA; sisters, Gloria Phillips & husband, Robert, Abingdon, VA, Carole Dickerson & husband, Roy, Blacksburg, VA, Teresa Billings & husband, Louis, Troutdale, VA; 12 nieces, 9 nephews, and many wonderful friends and church family.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 Sunday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, June 14, at Auburn Baptist Church, Riner, VA, with Rev. Shake Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
