Ricky Worrell, 52, of Christiansburg, passed away March 19, 2016.
He is survived by his parents, JD and Trudie Worrell; brothers, Donald Worrell (Renee), Ronald Worrell (Ginger); nephews, Ethan Worrell, Tanner Worrell; nieces, Michaela Johnston (Josh), Karli Worrell, great niece, Annysyn Johnston; and a lot of special friends.
He was a member of Auburn Baptist Church in Riner, Va. and was employed at Wal-Mart in Christiansburg. He enjoyed reading The Bible and attending prayer groups and listening to choir practice.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Auburn Baptist Church with Pastors Shake Smith and Kevin Albert officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg.
Flowers appreciated or donations to Auburn Baptist Youth Group.
