Randy Nolen, 65, of Riner passed away suddenly on March 30, 2021 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Lee and Goldie Boyd Nolen.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Kathy Kieley Nolen; son, Ryan (Courtney); and grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, and Ella; as well as siblings, Jane Nolen OKeeffe and Steve Nolen.
Randy was a loving and generous husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son-in-law. In addition to his family Randy leaves many close friends, all with many fond memories and good stories. He retired from Roanoke County Schools with 39 years of dedication and guidance to students – many of whom will always fondly remember Mr. Nolen. He leaves everyone he met grateful for having known him.
Per his wishes, there will be no formal services.
