Ballou, Pearl Marie, 83, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. She was born on January 27, 1927 in Montgomery County.
She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond Earl Hylton and Pearl Bandy. She is survived by her husband, C. L. Ballou; daughter, Becky Ballou; sisters, Dorothy Carr and Mildred Jones; brothers, Earl Hylton and Raymond E. Hylton, Jr.and wife, Mary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Jerry Shepherd and Mr. Jube Burke officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, VA.
