Nancy Madeline Rader, 85, of Riner, VA, passed away on November 17, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Earlyn Rader, Sr.; and son, Kenneth Earlyn Rader, Jr.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Ronald & Leslie Rader; daughters & sons-in-law, Patricia & Lester Purdy, Debra Rader, Cheryl & Glenn Kast and Diane & Nelson Vest, Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a special daughter-in-law, Stacie Burnette; brothers & sisters-in-law, Billy & Lucille Turman and Junior & Mary Turman.
Nancy was employed by English Meadow Nursing Home for over 13 years.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the Good Samaritan Hospice for their care of Nancy.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 20, 2011, from 5-8 pm at the Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2011, at 2 pm at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Mike Vest officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
