ANGLE Mildred Harrington, 74, of Shawsville, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Mildred was born in Arlington, VA to the late Holman Jessie Harrington and Ann Merriweather Harrington. She graduated from Washington and Lee High School in Arlington. She later held the position of Activities Director at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Shawsville.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William W. Angle, an infant son, and her daughter, Deborah Lee Angle.
Surviving are three daughters and their spouses, Denice Angle Loritsch and husband, Ken; Jessica Pace-Berkeley; Anne Angle Smith and husband, Jon; son, Ward Angle and wife, Wanda; grandchildren, Nick Loritsch, Adam Loritsch, Peyton Berkeley, Trey Angle, Caitlin Angle, Kaylee Smith and Kendall Smith, along with step grandchildren, Carter Berkeley, Liz Reece, and Brooke Berkeley.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 2, 2006 from 5:00 to 8:00 at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday July 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at Crockett Spring United Methodist Church with the Rev. James S. Angle officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery. The family is being served by Horne Funeral Service.
