Merle 'Steve' Martin

Merle ‘Steve’ Martin, 75, of Christiansburg, passed away on October 9, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Ruby Fizer Martin; and brother, William Martin. Steve is survived by his wife, Phyllis Martin; daughter and grandson, Malena Martin and Zachary; son, Stephen and wife Paula and granddaughter, Piper; siblings, James Martin (Joyce); Esther Adkins, Joyce Barnett (David); sister-in-law, Peggy Martin; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 5-6 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service to begin at 6 p.m. in the Chapel. Bishop Michael Berner and Brother Wayne Poston will officiate. Interment will be private.
